Organic Dairy Farmers of Australia (ODFA) is a farmer owned co-operative that produce 75% of the organic milk in Australia. 

Real Dirt was appointed to develop a retail strategy that would add value to their organic milk.

Starting with detailed analysis of the competition and business plan, Real Dirt conducted a series of workshops with directors to define and document core values, then managed the entire brand development process, including design, packaging, product and PR.

Sales grew dramatically over a period of 5 years during which time Real Dirt managed key accounts and advised on the establishment of joint ventures in specialty cheese and butter making.
