DEVELOPING BRANDS THAT RUN DEEP
In the food business, reputation is everything. We work with organisations to align their people and their operations with their core brand purpose and values, so that everything they do is a reminder to their customers of what they stand for, and what sets them apart from the competition.
LARGE & SMALL ORGANISATIONS
Our clients range from small independent producers working with local retailers through to listed food companies selling into major export markets and agricultural fund managers promoting to institutional investors. We’re not so concerned by size, rather whether there is an opportunity to carve out a sustainable and profitable niche in the market. Our skill is in helping organisations identify competitive advantage and developing strategies that will demonstrate these differences to their market.
WE KNOW FOOD
We specialise in the food industry because we’ve worked at every step of the process. We understand intimately how food is grown, manufactured, distributed, sold and promoted, and the risks associated with each stage. We know that what your customers want to see and feel, through your brand, a connection to issues that are close to their hearts, like sustainability and social responsibility. For over 20 years, we’ve been developing and implementing strategies to add maximum value to food, related products and services. We're all about building deep and meaningful relationships, our projects start with research before moving onto planning and implementation. Our client base is diverse, yet share a common interest in producing food better.
